Krystal Rademacher

Vice President of Business Administration

Krystal serves as the Vice President of Business Administration at Premium Utility Contractor, drawing on over 20 years of experience in management and administration. Her career began with 12 years as a Retail Store Manager, where she mastered customer service, team management, and financial and data-driven growth strategies. She then transitioned into a Retail Accounting Supervisor role, gaining experience in financial operations, before spending another 4 years as an Office Manager, refining her administration expertise. Krystal believes strongly in the power of a positive workplace and values treating employees as individuals, which she sees as essential for a thriving organization. She is committed to enhancing team dynamics and boosting efficiencies, always keeping employee happiness and needs top of mind. Outside of work, Krystal loves reading, spending quality time with family and friends, and embarking on new adventures. She enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dogs by her side, and finds peace in the natural beauty of the world. Krystal is driven by these words from Harriet Tubman, “Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars, to change the world.” Krystals leadership and dedication make her a key asset to the Premium team.

Brad Wheeler

Director and VP of Emergency Response and Storm Operations

Brad is our Director and VP of Emergency Response and Storm Operations, with decades of experience in the utility industry. He grew up with mud on his boots, learning from a young age that hard work pays off. Brad’s childhood was spent outside, swimming, fishing, and working with his family in their trucking and excavating business. He learned to operate every type of vehicle imaginable from snow mobiles and race cars to excavators and heavy equipment. His passion for hands-on work led him to a degree in Civil Engineering from UMass Lowell, then various project management complex construction roles at both National Grid and Rhode Island Energy. As External Resource Lead at RIE, Brad coordinated all storm logistics for external contractors and worked with emergency planning to coordinate mutual assistance. He also worked as Manager of External Construction, overseeing transmission, distribution, substation and civil work for all of Rhode Island. Brad currently lives on Cape Cod MA with his wife and two kids. He loves going to the beach, golfing, and quiet days out on the boat with family and friends. With a true passion for storm response and emergency planning, Brad is excited for his future with Premium. His leadership, friendship and unwavering dedication are felt by all.

Norman Engler

Associate Vice President of T&D Operations

Norman is our Associate Vice President of T&D Operations. With over 42 years in the utility industry, Norm has done it all, from his early work as a lineman, to contractor supervisor, material sales and now storm response. Norm grew up in the small town of Walker, Louisiana, where he still lives today alongside his best friend and high school sweetheart Melanie. Norm and Mel just celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary alongside their family, including their 2 daughters, sons-in-law, and new baby grandson. Norm enjoys family functions, hunting, fishing, spending time outdoors and car shows. “Stormin’ Norman” as he’s affectionately called, is a true leader by example, with a wealth of knowledge in the utility world. Norm enjoys being successful at each task awarded to him, while also helping others reach their goals. His humor and sense of camaraderie win over everyone he meets. With his years of experience, combined with his passion for the team’s growth and success, Norm is constantly driving the company forward and is an inspiration to all.

Dallas White

Director of T&D Operations

Dallas joined Premium in June 2024 as the Director of Transmission and Distribution Operations. A third-generation lineman, Dallas grew up in rural Kansas, where his family’s line contracting business sparked his passion for the powerline industry. He started his career in 2001 as a groundman for the IBEW, steadily advancing to journeyman lineman before transitioning into management by 2010. Dallas held many leadership roles in the electrical contracting industry and managed numerous successful programs, EPC’s and projects from the estimating phase to execution and closeout. Dallas lives just southeast of Kansas City, Missouri, where he enjoys boating on the lake with his family, golfing, and following his favorite teams, the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals. He has a 20-year-old daughter currently attending college, and in his free time, he’s a travel enthusiast, food lover and aspiring chef. Dallas excels at leading the growth and successful execution of projects while implementing top-tier project management practices. With extensive experience in transmission and distribution construction, he has played a pivotal role in expanding Premium’s operations, safely and efficiently.

Aimee Santangelo

Controller

Aimee is an accomplished accounting professional with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. As a Controller, she oversees financial management and reporting, ensuring the company’s fiscal health while guiding strategic decisions. Born and raised in South Florida as the oldest of four children, Aimee developed strong leadership skills early on. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Her career path in construction accounting began during her second year of college when her professor helped her secure an internship in the field – an opportunity that launched her career. Aimee enjoys cooking and traveling with her family. She and her husband have visited many parts of Europe, including Spain, Italy, Croatia, and Greece, as well as Argentina, where her husband is from. Their young daughter is a seasoned traveler, joining them on their adventures. Aimee is known for her commitment to professional integrity and transparency, and for her dedication to creating a supportive culture. She continues to drive success by nurturing both the personal and professional growth of her team.

Barbara Bradley

Director of Human Resources

Barbara joined Premium in September 2024 as our Human Resources Manager, with a focus on supporting the personnel needs of the company, including compensation, benefits and working conditions. She brings a wealth of experience from the public sector, where she held roles as a high school administrator, Human Resources Director, and Assistant Superintendent of Business and Human Resources in both education and city government. With degrees in business administration, accountancy, and educational leadership, she is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of HR management. Barbara enjoys playing golf and tennis and is passionate about community service. Alongside her husband Devin, Barbara serves as a volunteer for a faith-based ministry bringing churches and the community together to help those in need. She also serves as a board member for the L.O.V.E Mentoring Program, a nonprofit in New York City. Barbara has a son and a beloved grandson living in Tennessee, with whom she enjoys spending time. Barbara is committed to developing strong, supportive relationships within the company, ensuring that employees feel valued and well-supported.

Anna Quillen

Financial Operations and Contracts Manager

In April 2023, Anna joined Premium as our billing specialist, and quickly demonstrated remarkable growth within the company. Anna is now our Financial Operations and Contracts Manager. She leads an outstanding billing and storm admin team, and manages the procurement process and all of the company’s contracts. Anna has served many roles within the utility industry over the past few years, gaining valuable experience in both financial and operations management. Outside of Anna’s professional life, staying active is a priority, and she dedicates time to working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys traveling to new places and creating lasting memories with family and friends. Anna also teaches competitive dance at the studio where her daughter dances. She says balancing her career, family, and personal interests keeps her engaged and fulfilled. Each day, she strives to be her best both in and outside of the office. Anna’s dedication to our team is unmatched, often working tirelessly around the clock, leading with excellence, and bringing positivity to everything she does. She is driven by her willingness to embrace new learning opportunities and contribute in any way possible to support the team.
